At S2000Win we value our customers. Our training team will help you set up and implement your company information as well as provide a step-by-step implementation plan to assist you every step of the way.

Your S2000Win trainer consultant will teach you how to operate your new S2000Win software on a daily basis. This training may be performed online, at your office or at the S2000Win training facility depending on your specific requirements as defined in your proposal. Your S2000Win consultant will also help to prepare a training plan that works best for you and your staff. In addition S2000Win provides Continuing Education  Resources for it’s customers through online webinars, training tutorials and Annual User-Group Meetings so you can reach the maximum return on your software investment.

Additional Data Conversion Services

Available S2000Win technicians have been providing it’s new customers with data file conversions since 1987. Our technicians have over 100 man years experience in both software and hardware. This experience and insight goes far beyond simply moving data from one system to another. Being able to anticipate data problems and offer reasonable solutions is part of the service. The data that has been converted has ranged from simple in-house database tracking software to large systems with tens of thousands of customers. We have successfully converted all data that has been presented to us. This process begins with Sales, goes through Accounting, goes to our technicians for the conversion and ends up with the On-Site technician assigned to install and train on the new installation. Our S2000Win technicians will coordinate the conversion with the customer to assure a quality conversion – every time.

Peachtree Accounting, Solomon, QuickBooks, H2, Timberline Systems and CMS are just a few of the well known packages that have been successfully converted. Legacy systems including AS/400, System 36, DOS, Windows and Unix platforms have all been converted. Many custom written software packages have also been converted as well as Excel, Access and File Pro. Even data written to text files from report writers has been converted. We work closely with companies to assure accuracy and timely turn-around. The most common data files converted are Customers and Inventory or parts price files, but Agreements, Customer Equipment, Notes and Supporting Data can also be converted depending on what is in the original system. While it is not recommended converting History because of the difficulty and expense, the data in history, (i.e. work done, dates, etc.) can be placed into a notes field for future reference if necessary. Many companies keep a legacy system on line for look-ups to offset the expense of this particular conversion. Your data conversion services and associated costs will be quoted separately in your proposal by our account representatives.
