The S2000Win Service Dispatch/ Scheduling module is the core of S2000Win and the heart of your service management software. Your complete database of customer history including unlimited notes, work order history and equipment history is instantly available. S2000Win’s simple and intuitive design let’s you easily and quickly take customer calls and manage them with your technicians without the fear of ever dropping another customer call. Text Messaging Module
Provide faster more accurate communications from your office service dispatch Dboard to the field technician’s cell phone regarding work orders dispatched. The dispatcher simply clicks the service work order on the service dispatch Dboard to send out the information to the field technician.
Mobilogic MapTools/ GPS Module

Billing and Accounts Receivable Customer History Module
A/R capabilities includes customer outstanding balance, billings, mark-up’s and discounts, cash receipts , aging report, statements and notes. Multiple labor rates, and overtime rates, parts file . Sales tax is computed at the place of service and allows for multiple taxing authorities. Gross profits by work order, tech, customer, customer equipment. Records all accounting transactions created. Optional accounting transfer links to the most popular accounting software including Peachtree, MAS90, Great Plains, Quick Books , and Timberline Software.
Job Detailed Quotes/Proposals Module
This module allows the generation of a detailed sales proposal or quote by using the existing parts price file of S2000Win along with the mark-up tables for that customer and the ability to override those mark-ups. Thus the proposal/quote is controlled by the S2000Win database and then stored for subsequent approval or pending the job being accepted. You also have the ability to break down the estimate in the same categories as the actual job cost to print a report that will show estimates versus actual costs by product code (almost unlimited breakdown). This will allow you to better compare the estimate versus the actual cost.
The Job Cost module provides for fast easy billing of fixed priced installation and preparation of job quotes. This option also allows for a quote to be printed. Custom quote forms may be designed using Crystal Report Software. The module also includes several Job Cost Reports, Over/Under Billing Report, and WIP reporting.
Service Agreement Billing/Warranties Module
Provides lump sum pricing, equipment pricing, and at the time of service pricing. Periodic billing, automatic renewals, and automatic price increases are included. Reporting includes Agreement Profitability, Equipment Profitability, Renewals & Expiration’s and amortization for analysis & accurate accounting.
Preventative Maintenance – Recurring Task Scheduling Module
Basic preventative maintenance (PM) scheduling is available for all customer equipment. Automatic scheduling is assigned and linked to dispatching to eliminate hand notes on upcoming maintenance. Task lists may be set-up and printed automatically on each work order for the technicians. PM Parts Lists requirements automatically generates the parts needed. PM Annual Planner board shows all PM’s by type for the entire year. Simple to use for smoothing out the annual work-load.
Flat Rate Pricing/ Billing Module
Allows you to design your own Flat Rate Pricing with truck books or you can simply integrate with your flat rate service provider including Callahan Roach, Collier Jennings and Profit Strategies. Links to your accounts receivable billings to speed entry and processing.
Purchase Order Module
Complete purchase order system with one-click attachment of PO’s to a specific work order. For inventory items it updates the average and last cost of each item or part stocked. Credit PO’s for Core Return and RMA’s control. A/P Approval interface with our optional accounting link software. Inventory module is required for automatic pricing of parts items.
Inventory and Truck Stock Module
Basic Inventory with reorder reports and the ability to markup cost by price range to automatically update prices based on cost/markup. Truck inventory includes seasonal standard stocking lists AKA part number look up allows same part different manufacture use. Serialized Parts to track serialized items by the serial number. Parts Exchange to provide for different costing for exchange parts. Auto Generation of Customer equipment from invoicing physical count to take physical inventory. Detail Inventory Transactions to analyze problem areas by date/truck.
Order Entry for Parts/Counter Sales Module
Point of Sale and Part Ordering. Provides picking slip, quotes, and pre-invoice selection of parts for over the phone and walk-in parts ordering. Not linked to the physical cash register.
Work Order/ Employee Task Assignments
Provides the ability to assign tasks to work orders by employee and/or directly to employees only.
Customer WebLink Portal
Provides your customer’s with web access to their specific account via the internet. Customers are able to log a new service call and view information regarding their account including: work order status and history, invoice and cash receipt history, a service agreement details and covered equipment.
Custom Matrix Pricing
Allows special parts pricing for certain types of parts sold to certain types of customers. The equipment type in the parts or item record and the customer type in the customer record control the discount pricing of this matrix. This option can be used to price parts on both parts orders and time and material service work orders.
Fleet Maintenance Expense Tracking Module
Provides for oil change time, miles/gal. and running cost per truck. Maintains expenses for each vehicle. Use this with the Preventative Maintenance module which will allow you to track scheduled maintenance as well.

S2000Win provides several options for your complete integrated accounting needs. The modular design of S2000Win allows the user to select their specific modules. Modules which create accounting transactions include the following subsidiary ledgers: Billing and Accounts Receivable Customer History, Purchase Order and Inventory. Each of these modules will create the appropriate accounting transactions using your existing accounting software general ledger accounting numbers. S2000Win provides this general ledger account transaction activity in a summary and detail journal report which may be printed or viewed on demand. These transactions may also be linked into one of the following approved accounting package including: Peachtree, MAS90, Quick Books Pro, Timberline Software, Oracle, Great Plains and Business Works Gold.
S2000Win Network Concurrent Licenses
S2000Win provides the ability for an unlimited number of users to be operating the software at the same time. This is accomplished with network licenses. When you initially purchase S2000Win you purchase a specific number of licenses. These licenses determine how many people can be using S2000Win at the same time on your network. These computers can be directly connected in your office or remotely linked using terminal services from an outside location.
